Payroll handling

RISMA can reduce month-end pressure on business owners and managers through:

  • processing of all input received from a designated representative of the client to calculate the net salary of employees,
  • preparing for authorisation the monthly payroll report and payment of salaries,
  • reconciling monthly payroll deductions and affecting payments to external service providers.

Payrolls may be run weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.

Leave administration

  • processing of all types of leave (e.g. annual, sick and family responsibility leave) taken by employees,
  • issuing standard monthly reports on annual leave movements / balances,

Payroll reporting

Submissions to SARS
